Master Bedroom

1 King Bed (sleeps 2). Master Suite : Large master bedroom features a King Size bed, liquid crystal TV, DVD player, two walk in closets, teak furniture and its own bathroom with dual sinks.

1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). Bungalow Suite: This bedroom suite is detached from the main house on the lanai has its own separate entrance and features a queen bed, its own bathroom, a kitchenette, and great views of the mountains and the coconut trees.

1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). First Floor Bedroom: This bedroom has a queen bed, a picture window looking out into the garden and the mountains and has ample storage. It shares a first floor bathroom with the second bedroom on the first floor.

1 King or 2 Singles Bed (sleeps 2). First Floor bedroom, Surf's Up Room: This bedroom features two twin beds which can be joined to give a king bed. This bedroom has a large walk in closet, decorated with surfing artifacts.

Living Room

Large picture windows on all three sides offer majestic views of the mountains, rainbows, and coconuts swaying in the trade winds The large open living room area of ~1000 square feet easily accommodates large families in comfort. The family room features cable TV, DVD, VCR and stereo radio.

Panoramic Ha'upu mountain range, Partial Poipu Bay golf (hole # 17 PGS golf course). The house see Pu'u Wanawana crater directly. We see the Pacific Ocean from the east side of the house (living room and lanai area), Beautiful Sunrise also from the east side of the house (living room and lanai area), Spectacular Rainbows views from living room and lanai (usually from the west side of the house).

• View the Pacific Ocean from our lanai. Some times of the year, you can even watch whales from the lanai! Close to three beautiful beaches. Walk West to Poipu Beach and Breannecke's Beach. Walk East to Shipwreck Beach.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel 60 or more days prior, payments (less 100) are refunded - less than 60, no refund.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - American Express - PayPal - Diners Club
A refundable security deposit of $300 check is required. For rental cost, we accept Credit card via Paypal and check. We give a $50 discount for paying by check.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
