• 15.66 miles to the Lihue Airport (LIH) or about 30 minutes drive time. The airport features direct service to and from the mainland USA via UAL, AmericaWest, and others. Go! Airlines, among others, provides inter-island service.
• Golf: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Near two of the island's best golf courses, Poipu Bay Golf Resort, and Kiahun Golf Club. Poipu Bay features a spectacular 18-hole championship course on 210 oceanfront acres of Kauai's southern coast. • Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is rocky. This is on the water. "The closest you can get to the water without falling in". To the left off the Lanai is the Kauai Grand Hyatt, with its immense public beach, pools and restaurants. The Hyatt health spa is available for your use, either by purchasing individual spa services like any other hotel guest, or you can buy a day pass if you wish. To the right is Brennecke beach and Baby beach, voted as the number one beach in Hawaii for children. A pleasant and inspiring ocean walk of about ten minutes in either direction gets you to the facilities above which both feature public beaches with fine white sand. Perhaps the best thing about the ocean in this location is that although all waterfront is public, the water in front of the unit is so hidden away that the public generally never goes there. Thus you have total access to all of the public beaches along a beautiful ocean walk, but you have your own ocean visit to yourself. Truly the best of both worlds!
Payments and Policies
Payment Details
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 1,000 is required. If you cancel less than 60 days prior, payments (less 50%) are refunded if re-rented.

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 8:00 PM.
• Housekeeping is provided every 7 days during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
