Enjoy the best of both worlds - the seclusion of Polar Peak Lodges nestled among the tall pines while the convenience of ski-in accommodation. This mountainside town home is beautifully appointed, and has a well equipped granite kitchen ideal for large families. The town home works extremely well for two families. Parents can enjoy privacy upstairs (3 bedrooms - master has queen bed with ensuite and walk-in; 2nd and 3rd bedrooms have king and double beds respectively, all decorated with True North pine furniture). The entertainment unit on the main floor features a flat screen TV, DVD and stereo. The lower level is great for the kids, with 2 sets of single bunks, a full private bathroom, and separate entertainment area with fireplace.

Terms And Conditions
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation within 30 days of arrival - 100% refund, 15-30 days - 50%, less than 15 days all payments are non-refundable.
Rental Agreement
Agreement will be provided for review and signature. Required by the Strata Corporation.
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Payment Methods
For payments made via credit card (Visa or Mastercard) and/or Paypal, there is a 3.00 percent surcharge. No fees for Interac e-Transfer.
Security or Damage Deposit
A valid credit card is required for a security/damage deposit of $750. Groups of young adults may be subject to a larger deposit of $1500. A credit card pre-authorization (equivalent to cash deposit) is taken. Damage waiver form is signed before check-in.
Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access
Check IN: 04:00 PM Check OUT: 10:00 AM Because there is key-less access, you can arrive as late as you wish.

Children of all ages are welcome.
Quiet Time Policy
The quiet time is from 11:00 PM To 07:00 AM Guests are asked to respect the neighbours. Property is not suitable for party groups. If unreasonably noisy, guest is fined 500.00. The local noise bylaws must be adhered to or risk a fine and/or eviction.
Smoking Policy
Smoking/Vaping is not allowed inside or outside (applies to all occupants & guests).
Telephone Fee
Phone use is included in the rent. Canada call only.
Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees
Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
Cleaning on Departure
A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 330.00 CAD for stays of any number of nights or occupants. Guest is asked to leave soiled linens & towels in the bathtub or shower. If property is left in unreasonable condition, extra cleaning fee will apply.
Group & Min. Age Policies
There are group or minimum age requirements. Adult guests must be 30 years or older. Allow groups of families or couples. Parents/guardians may not book for underaged guests. Hosting a function/party is not allowed.
