The interior is both light and bright, and for extra comfort, an air conditioning unit located in the inner hall leading to the three bedrooms, radiates cold or warm air to the apartment as required. The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
