25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 35 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required.

You, or any member of your party, may cancel your travel arrangements at any time. Written notification from the person who made the booking must be received at our office. Since we incur administrative costs in cancelling your booking, you have to pay the applicable cancellation charges up to the maximum shown below. If the reason of your cancellation is covered under the terms of your insurance policy, you may be able to reclaim these charges. Amount of cancellation charge as a percentage of the price for the travel arrangements. More 30 days before departure results in loss of deposit. 22-29 days before departure forfeits 60% of price. 21-15 days before departure forfeits 75% of price. Less 14 days before departure forfeits 100%.

• Smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided with a deposit/fee of: free.
• Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• Dogs and Cats are allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 1:00 AM and 12:00 PM.
• Maid Service is provided every 3 days during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
