Restored farmhouse (120 m2) on a hill overlooking the countryside and the village of San Dalmazio. Panoramic view. Peaceful position. Spacious enclosed garden area (900 m2) (3 deck chairs, table, 6 chairs), with wood burning oven for making pizzas, hammock and barbecue. Round swimming-pool (diam. 6 m.x max. depth 1.5 m) (May-Sept.- for the other months opened upon request, price to be agreed with the owner). Table tennis, boules pitch. Covered parking. DISTANCES: 400 m on foot and 4 km by car San Dalmazio (food shop), abt. 10 km Pomarance (various shops, sports facilities), 30 km Volterra, 50 km the seaside. Abt. 2 km excursions on horseback.
ACCOMMODATION: Gr. fl.: spacious living room (40 m2, satellite TV) with access to the outside, 1 bathroom with shower (washing machine).
Mezzanine gr. fl.: kitchen/dining-room with fireplace and access to the garden, 1 double bedroom, 2 twin-bedded rooms, 1 single bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower. Very simple furnishings.
Central heating. Baby-bed available.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
