Large farmhouse (200 m from the Leccio house, a few metres from the SANPAOLO house), divided into 2 spacious apartments with their own outdoor area. One is on the top floor (attic) and characterised not only by the extensive and beautiful views over the hills, but also by the splendid wooden-beam ceilings which adorn all the rooms. The other apartment is on 2 different levels: the ground floor (ex- stables) has been transformed into the living-area offering spacious rooms with arches and where the original structure of the stalls is still visible. Peaceful position. Beautiful and extensive views over the hills and to the fortress of Silano. Table tennis, boules pitch. Equipped lawn, hammock, barbecue and round swimming pool (diam. 6 m x max. depth 1.5 m.) (May-Sept. for the other months opened upon request, price to be agreed with the owner). LOCATION: 2.5 km the village of San Dalmazio (food shop, telephone) approx. 50 km Siena, approx. 80 km Florence. Abt. 2 km horseback excursions.
The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
