ACCOMMODATION: (64 m2) Gr. fl.: equipped entrance loggia, living/dining room (satellite TV) with kitchen corner (oven, freezer), divan bed and access to the loggia, 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedded room with direct access to the outside, 1 bathroom with shower.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
