Pretty farmhouse that has been restored (abt. 160 m2) and is set on a hill. Panoramic views over the countryside and the old fortress of Silano. Peaceful position. Large, equipped lawn (900 m2), wood burning oven, hammock and barbecue. Swimming-pool (diam.6 m x max.depth 1.5 m.) (May-Sept. for the other months opened upon request, price to be agreed with the owner). Parking. DISTANCES: 2.5 km S. Dalmazio (food shop), abt. 10 km Pomarance (various shops, sports facilities), 30 km Volterra, 50 km the sea. Abt. 2 km Horseback excursions.
ACCOMMODATION: Gr. fl.: living room. Mezzanine gr.fl.: dining- oom (TV, dishwasher) with fireplace and kitchen corner (freezer), 5 twin bedded rooms, 2 bathrooms with showers (washing machine). Very simple style furniture.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
