    The unit is part of a nine storey beachfront condominium and spa complex which was opened in 2002. The complex has a front desk, lobby, office with internet access for guests, fitness center, spa salon, massage rooms, acupuncture center, rooftop walking track, dining room and restaurant serving meals throughout the day. There is an excellent restaurant on site. There is a small beach front bar. There are two outdoor heated pools and an outdoor jacuzzi, and the complex is on the beachfront with outdoor cabanas. The facility is non smoking.

    • Your destination is very convenient to points of interest and activities in south Florida from Miami to Palm Beach. Miami : 25 miles( 40 minutes average traffic). Ft Lauderdale : 9 miles( 25 minutes average traffic). Boca Raton : 8 miles ( 15 minutes average traffic). West Palm Beach : 38 miles ( 46 minutes average traffic). Orlando : 170 miles ( 220 minutes average traffic).
    • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 30 minute(s). Outside shopping and dining destinations are close by. It is a relatively short taxi drive to Ft. Lauderdale and the restaurants at Los Olas Blvd.The services of the spa are available for those who wish to avail of them, and a restaurant is present on site. The stay could also be combined with a cruise leaving from Ft Lauderdale which is nearby. You may like to relax for a few days and then rent a car locally to visit areas of interest along the south-east coast of Florida from Key West and Miami as far up as Palm Beach. For those who want to go farther afield, Orlando is relatively close, about a four hour drive north of the complex. Additional information is available from the owner.
    • Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. The unit is part of an oceanfront hotel/condo complex and is directly on the beach. It has air conditioning and is on the 5th floor; there are two elevators to all floors. For guests who prefer not to drive, a limo service is available from the major airports at a reasonable rate.
    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    All of the rent is required (21 or more days in advance) to complete the booking. A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel 15 or more days prior to arrival, payments (less 100) are refunded.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque
    Visitors from outside the US should send checks drawn on a US Bank. A credit card imprint is required when checking in.

    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed and children under the age of 12 years old stay free.
    • Check in after 11:00 AM and check out before 4:00 PM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. Housekeeping is provided daily during a stay. If a guest leaves the unit as found, a rebate may be provided.
