The kitchen is a wonderful spacious room in the house with old oak cupboards, plank chestnut floors, a coffee/tea bar area, and a breakfast nook in the morning sun. Original cold tap sink for food prep, with a scullery beyond the kitchen on the way to the garden. The scullery includes washer/dryer, frig/freezer, double stainless sink and work area.
1 Double Bed (sleeps 2). The master bedroom or Grand Chambre is large with a window overlooking the garden and fields beyond. It has a reading area with two chairs and many books to choose from, a double bed, armoire -- and even room to stretch and do yoga. The en suite, with toilet and shower, is footsteps away. This bedroom is above the living room.
1 Double Bed (sleeps 2). The guest bedroom or Chambre Celtic is a lovely bright room with double bed, armoire, and satellite TV. It has its own staircase and is above the kitchen.
1 Double Hide-A-Bed/Sofa Bed (sleeps 2). The open area living/dining room has an additional French fold out bed to sleep two.
Bathroom 1 has toilet, bathtub, hair dryer, one basin and bidet.
Bathroom 2 is an en suite and has toilet, shower and one basin.
This home is situated in a very small agricultural village amongst a scattering of other homes, and sits across from the village church. Walk out the door, around the corner, and you are in the fields of Normandy for tremendous walking and cycling.
• Dinard Airport is within a 45 minute(s) drive. Flights into our region are available with Ryan Air and Easy Jet.
Flights also available in Rennes.
• Transit: can be reached by driving for 15 minute(s). Type of transit is Train. There is regional bus service all over the area, and trains that connect with the TGV in Rennes, via Pontorson.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 15 minute(s). Wonderful restaurants are all over the region, but do require you to drive to them.
• Nearby Attractions: Perhaps the 8th Wonder of the World, the Abbey of Mont St Michel is a 15 minute drive from our door. A wealth of culture for you -- including the Beaches of Normandy.
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited except your security/damage deposit.
Owner accepts payments by: PayPal - Direct Bank Deposit
Please forward your non-refundable deposit of half at the time of booking, along with your security deposit of 200 euros. This security will be returned to you within 10 days of departure. The balance is due at least 6 weeks prior to your arrival.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
