Large private equipped outdoor area with garden, lawn and private swimming pool (6x14). It is possible to use free of charge the tennis court in the owner's villa, about 200 m away. DISTANCES: 4 km from Subbiano (all kinds of shops), 15 km Poppi (golf), 18 km Arezzo with the treasures of Piero della Francesca and the antique market every first Sunday of the month, 48 km Cortona.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
