Ancient renovated house on the edge of a small group of houses at the slopes of the mountains (500 m a.s.l.) from where the Arno valley rises up to the high mountaintops of the Apennines. The National park of the Casentinesi Forests occupies most of the land covered in woods and secular trees and the Verna Sanctuaries (terracotta Della Robbia) and those of Camaldoli. The fenced-in property includes a natural lawn with swimming pool (10x5), a wood burning oven, garden furniture and car park. A secondary road passes next to the property. It is possible to book the two accommodations together under the name AVENA 8. Simple furniture. Central heating. ACCOMMODATION: (110 m2) Gr. fl.: portico, living/dining room (TV) with fireplace, kitchen (freezer, oven, dishwasher), 1 bathroom with shower. 1st fl. (entrance also from external stairs): 1 double bedroom characterised by large windows overlooking the valley with the castle of Poppi in the distance, 1 twin bedded room, 1 bathroom with shower.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
