Typical Tuscan farmhouse that has recently been renovated and transformed into a cosy tourist residence of a total of 9 apartments, in the green hills of the Casentino (550 m a.s.l.) on the edge of the park which carries the same name. The restoration work preserved the original structures and utilized materials typical of the area. Broad views of the valley and the Poppi castle. Peaceful position. Shared: large outdoor green areas (10,000 m2) with well-kept and equipped lawns inside a property of 11 hectares, floodlit swimming pool (16x8) (1/5-15/10) with shower, floodlit boules pitch, equipped terrace and shared room with dining tables, barbecue area and park with children's games. Each apartment has satellite TV, dishwasher and a reserved outdoor area. On request: it is possible to use the laundry room (6 Euros/day for use of the sink, washing machine and iron), microwave. The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
