    • Golf: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). Sheraton Mirage Golf Course is about five minutes by car. Peppers Links Golf Course is about seven minutes by car. Mossman Golf Course is about 20 minutes by car.
    • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). It is about 50 metres to the main street, Macrossan Street, with its restaurants, boutiques, sidewalk cafes and bars.
    • Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is fine sand. Four Mile Beach is about three minutes walk.
    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel 60 or more days prior, payments (less 100) are refunded - less than 60, no refund.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • No children are allowed under 18 years old.
    • Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • Maid Service is provided every 5 days during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
