Charming villa from the 1960s, built on the remains of a lookout tower perched on the cliff above the sea in the small gulf of Capo Zafferano, just east of Palermo. Peaceful position. Pleasant, broad views of the sea and Capo Zafferano. The villa, although it borders the inhabited centre of S.Elia, from which you access it, offers a large property overlooking the sea: large garden full of typical Mediterranean plants with terraces overlooking the sea (can be directly accessed from the villa by means of a stairway created in the rocks), large sun terrace (approx. 300 m²), equipped indoor patio. Behind the villa you will find the town of S. Elia, from where you can reach on foot, by means of a pleasant stairway, the small fishermen's wharf (bar, restaurant and sandy beach). Reserved parking at the entrance to the villa. DISTANCES: 100 m the sea (rocky shore), 400m the sandy beach of S.Elia (grocery shops), 2 km S. Flavia (all kinds of shops), 5 km Bagheria an important famous for its splendid villas (Villa Palagonia also called Villa dei Mostri (Villa of the Monsters), Villa Valguarnera, Villa Cattolica with paintings by Guttuso, Villa Cuto), 20 km Palermo, 35 km golf course, 60 km Cefalù.

(tower): living room/library with various windows overlooking the sea and access to the large sun terrace. 2nd fl. (tower): second sun terrace. Equipped patio from where you access a large outdoor garden as well as the large sun terrace. Laundry room (washing machine). Reasonably comfortable furniture. Baby-bed available.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
