Very beautiful villa (abt. 350 m2) overhanging the sea and in a dominating position over the beautiful Gulf of Aspra, renowned area near Palermo Extensive views of the sea and the bay. The villa is built on 2,000 m2 of fenced-in grounds and is made up of the main building, which is 10m straight above the sea, and the outbuilding is abt. 40 m higher up, linked by a staircase carved in the rock. The house is surrounded by a treed area (abt. 200 m2) that overlooks the sea and can be used for outdoor dining. Both the villa and the grounds are developed over several levels that slope down towards the sea (rocks with platform). A 10-20 m from the villa is a public beach (sandy and rocky shore). Parking spaces for 3/4 cars. DISTANCES: 18 km Palermo, 1 km Porticello (food shops, small fresh fish market), 3 km Bagheria (all kinds of shops) famous for Villa Palagonia (the villa of monsters), Villa Cattolica (it houses a collection of Guttoso's paintings) and Villa Cuto, 60 km Cefalù, within a radius of abt. 100 km Segesta, Selinunte, Agrigento.

Down some steps to 2 twin bedded rooms, 1 bathroom with shower. Central heating with gas radiators.
Annexe: 2 twin bedded rooms, 1 bathroom with shower, panoramic terrace. Central heating with electric heat pumps. Comfortable furniture. Telephone. Baby-bed available. Air conditioning in the bedrooms.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
