Characteristical apartments in the annexe (90 m2) of an imposing 18th century Sicilian villa, situated amid the famous ville di Bagheria (villas of Bagheria) which are to be found within a 1. 5 km radius (Villa Palagonia, known as the villa of monsters, Villa Cattolica, with a collection of paintings by Guttuso, Villa Cuto, etc....). The villa, surrounded by a beautiful park, is now more or less part of the village of Bagheria. The annexe is inside the park, abt. 100 m from the main villa and guests can make use, together with the owner,of a swimming pool (7x14) (1/6-30/9 - from 9.00 to 13.00 and 15.30 to 19.00) and of a pergola. View over the villa s orchard. Furnished with modern style furniture and in some rooms there is typical Sicilian style furniture too. Air conditioning in the living room and in the double bedroom Parking.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
