Beautiful Mediterranean-style villa that directly overlooks the sea and the gracious inlet of Capo Zafferano, approx. 20 km east of Palermo. Broad view of the sea and the gulf. The villa stands on a fenced-in property of approx. 1500 m2 that slopes down to the sea through a series of terracings, some of which are gardens and others lookout points. The various terraces are connected to one another by means of various stairways that at the bottom finish at a small public beach and rocky shore (direct access with private gate). Also the villa is spread out over three main levels with various equipped terraces that overlook the sea. Private parking space inside the property.
DISTANCES: 1 km Porticello (grocery shops and characteristic fish market), 3 km Bagheria (all kinds of shops), famous for Villa Palagonia (the monster's villa), Villa Cattolica (collection of Guttuso paintings) and Villa Cuto, 3 km the unique ruins of Solunto, 20 km Palermo, 60 km Cefalù, within a radius of approx. 100 km Segesta, Selinunte, Agrigento.
ACCOMMODATION: (280 m2) Lower floor: 1 single bedroom with WC and access to a built-in shower cabin by means of an internal hallway, equipped terrace from where going down you access an additional terrace with sea view.
Middle floor: sunny living/dining room (satellite TV) with access to a large, equipped terrace with sea view and, going up 3 stairs, you access a second living room area with fireplace. Kitchen (oven, freezer, dishwasher) with direct access to the laundry room situated on a covered terrace.
Upper floor: 2 double bedrooms one of which with TV and bathroom with bath, 1 twin bedded room, 1 bathroom with shower. Large sun terrace. Reasonably comfortable furniture. Central heating.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
