Two-family villa in a panoramic position on the side of a hill facing the renowned Porto Cervo. Peaceful position and beautiful views of the inhabited area of Porto Cervo and of the sea, reaching as far as the islands in the distance. The villa is situated in a strategic position for visiting the most famous and elegant coastal towns of the Smeralda Coast as well as for reaching the prestigious Pevero golf course (5 km).
The accommodation has its own lawned garden (approx. 900 m²) with independent access and is bordered by the typical dry walls which separate it completely it from the other property. Parking for two medium-sized cars inside the garden.
DISTANCES: The sea is 500 m away as the crow flies and 1 km on foot, 2 km Porto Cervo (all kinds of shops), 20 km Porto Rotondo, 35 km Isola della Maddalena, 40 km Olbia (airport and port).
ACCOMMODATION: (120 m2) Gr. fl.: living/dining room (TV) with fireplace and double sofa bed (140 cm), kitchenette (oven, freezer, washing machine), 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedded room, 1 bathroom with bath. Basement floor:1 service bathroom not usable, 1 bathroom with shower (extractor fan). In front of the accommodation is a patio in a panoramic position (15 m²) equipped with an outdoor fireplace/barbecue. Reasonably comfortable furniture.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
