Beautiful villa (300 m2) positioned on a hillside rich in Mediterranean vegetation and inserted in the Costa Smeralda district, the most prestigious stretch of coastline on the island. The villa faces the sea, which is approx. 500 m away as the crow flies. Particularly beautiful view of the gulf. The villa and the garden are spread out on different levels, on one of the terracings is the pretty bean-shaped swimming pool (approx. 13x5) with large equipped sun-trap terrace and sea view. In a lower position, approx. 100 m away, the road that leads to Porto Cervo passes by the property. Parking. DISTANCES: By following 800 m you can reach the nearest beach of Portopaglia; in a radius of 2 km are other sandy and rocky beaches. 1.5 km the exclusive Porto Cervo with its renowned shops and tourist harbour, 25 km Porto Rotondo, 35 km Palau (embarkation for the archipelago of Madalena).
ACCOMMODATION: Lower level: large living/dining room, kitchen (oven, freezer, dishwasher) with two accesses to the outside, 1 bathroom with shower, large covered terrace (60 m2) equipped for outdoor dining and with sea view. Lower level: 1 double bedroom with bathroom with bath, 1 double bedroom with bathroom with shower, 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedded room, 1 bathroom with bath; all of the bedrooms face the shaded terrace on the side of the swimming pool. 3 m from the main building: 1 double bedroom with small bathroom with shower, equipped terrace with sea view. Laundry room (washing machine). Going up a stone stairway you access a panoramic covered terrace with very panoramic view and kitchen (barbecue, wood burning oven, 4 burners). Comfortable furniture in the day area, standard in the night area.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
