• The house is just 30km from Olbia Costa Smeralda airport where many international flights arrive and about 130km from Alghero airports, where many international flights arrive. From many countries there are some cheaper flights eg. with (http://www.ryanair.com) that arrive in Alghero airport. All these airports have the main car rental companies
• Golf: can be reached by walking for 20 minute(s). Pevero golf is one of the most beautiful, with its 18 holes from Grande Pevero beach to Cala di Volpe.
• Beach surface is sand and rocks. Just a 2km away there are sandy beaches and cliffs, and a little further away there are famous beaches like Liscia Ruja, Cala di Volpe and Pevero.
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required.
