The kitchen is full equipped : dishes, glasses & cutlery, coffee maker, iron, towels and sheets, pillows, blanquets.

Small apartment (about 70m2), 2nd floor (about 20 stairs, no elevator, not wheelchair accessible) recently restored, wood floor. Living/dining room with fireplace, kitchen corner (with fire, fridge, oven), washing machine. On arrival and departure possible free transfer between Porto Ercole to Orbetello’s station railway- to be discussed with the owner. Large windows, partial view of the sea, new and comfortable furniture, autonomy heating, air conditioned, tv, radio-cd , dvd.
• Fiumicino Rome Airport is within a 60 minute(s) drive. 60 minutes by car.
• Transit: can be reached by walking for 2 minute(s). Type of transit is Bus. Bus stop 2 minutes walk from the house.
Train station in Orbetello 15 minutes by car.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 25 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 30 days prior to arrival. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded only if the unit is re-rented. Owner accepts payments by: Direct Bank Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 euros is required

• Smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 11:00 AM and check out before 10:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Maid Service is provided daily during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 12 Euros per hour.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
