Peaceful and secluded modern villa on a plateau that descends down towards the sea in a rural setting where the owner has recently planted a new vineyard. The house is located near a natural reserve of the seals of the Belice river, a stretch of protected coastline and of extreme beauty. Broad view of the countryside that reaches as far as the sea. Well-kept garden (2,500 m2), enclosed by a wall with Mediterranean plants, olive trees, flowers, lawn and a pleasant floodlit swimming pool (5x10) (1/5-30/10). The villa is not situated in a mundane context and is suggested for those who love nature and the sea. Access to the villa long 800 m dirt track road. Parking.
ACCOMMODATION: Gr. fl.: large covered terrace that is equipped with divans and armchairs for outside use from where you access the living/dining room (satellite TV) with fireplace and small double divan bed, kitchen (oven, freezer), a second kitchen (oven, barbecue, dishwasher, washing machine) outdoors with table for outdoor dining, WC. 1st fl.: 2 double bedrooms one of which with bathroom with shower, 1 open bedroom with 3 beds two of which are bunk beds, 1 bathroom with shower. It is possible to have a cook. Comfortable furniture. Central heating.
LOCATION: 3 km from Portopalo (shop with basic necessities, large sandy beach), 8 km Menfi (all kinds of shops), just 5 km as the crow flies (20 km by car) from the archaeological site of Templi di Selinunte, approx. 30 km from Sciacca, famous for its fish market. 1.9 km, by means of an internal countryside, you can reach a natural car park where you can take a path of approx. 150 m that leads to a stretch of the coast formed by a series of small beaches and rocks.
The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
