Very central apartment in the small square of Darsena just a short distance from the S.Marco square, the heart of Porto Rotondo. Peaceful position in that car access is not allowed. Views of the Darsena harbour and in the back of a small square of the Casbah neighbourhood. When you go down to the street you are in the centre of various elegant boutiques, colourful shops and welcoming bars. It is possible to arrive under the accommodation's windows with small boats. Public pay parking in July and August. DISTANCES: 5 km horse riding and golf course (Pevero) ,14 km Olbia harbour and airport, 28 km Porto Cervo, 45 km Palau (embarkations for the Maddalena islands), 60 km S. Teresa di Gallura and embarkation for Corsica.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
