Peaceful villa immersed in the greenery of the coastal vegetation, only 300 m from the sea, which can be reached by following along a pathway amidst the perfume of the Mediterranean fragrances. Views of the greenery reaching as far as the sea and the marine park of Tavolata. The accommodation is surrounded by a wood grove of 1000 m2 bordered by a dry stone wall. Covered parking for 2 cars inside the property. DISTANCES: 10 km Olbia harbour and airport, 23 km Porto Rotondo, 40 km Porto Cervo, 60 km Palau (embarkations for the Maddalena islands), 70 km S. Teresa di Gallura (embarkation for Corsica).
ACCOMMODATION: (85 m2) Gr. fl.: equipped veranda (30 m2), living room with 2 divan beds, dining room with kitchenette (freezer) and service entrance, 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with bunk beds, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 twin bedded room with private bathroom with shower. The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
