Apartment (65 m2) in a small residential complex immersed in the typical Mediterranean vegetation of the Argentario, one of the most exclusive locations along the Tuscan coastline. The complex, with access restricted to owners only, is situated on the side of the coast overlooking the sea (abt. 200 m as the crow flies), near to the small island Argentarola and with Isola di Giglio in the background. View over the sea. Peaceful position. Guests have at their disposal a shared area of abt. 50 m2 away, amid the greenery, where there is a lovely irregular shaped swimming-pool (abt. 70 m2) (15/6-15/9) and a spacious terrace. Access to the sea along a private walkway of which the last part is a staircase that is built on the coastline and which finishes in the sea (cliffs with constructed platforms where you can sunbathe), and where there is an inspiring natural swimming-pool. The uniqueness of the last stretch of this pathway leading directly into the sea is not advisable for families with small children. Ideal for beautiful walks. Parking. DISTANCES: 8 km Porto S. Stefano (various shops), ferries depart from here to the islands of Giglio and Giannutri, 12 km the sandy beach of the Giannella, 21 km Porto Ercole and the sandy beaches of the Feniglia.
ACCOMMODATION: Gr. fl.: living/dining room with overhead gallery with double bed and access onto a small terrace, kitchen, 1 twin bedded room with large bathroom with bath. Simple style furniture with modern pieces. Water not suitable for drinking. Central heating. Air conditioning.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
