Ancient independent villa that dates back to the second half of the 1800s, renovated with great care in 1950 with respect for its original architecture. The property enjoys a magnificent view of the coast below and is situated at the foot of Mount Argentario in a dominating and peaceful position on the harbour of Porto Santo Stefano. The villa is located inside a large park of approx. one hectare, made up of various terracings that gently slop down until reaching Porto Santo Stefano. In the beautiful garden that surrounds the house there are also fruit trees and vegetables that the guests can try will staying here. The access to the villa is by means of a private park with tall plants and extensive flowering flowerbeds. Available to the guests: equipped garden, terrace with cast iron railing from the 1800s, barbecue, iron. The caretakers who tend to the garden maintenance live in a small outbuilding at the entrance of the park. The owners of the structure accept up to a maximum of 4 children.

LOCATION: 400 m the town of Porto Santo Stefano (all kinds of shops), approx. 1 km the beach of Pozzarello, 8 km the famous beaches of the Giannella, 160 km Rome, 200 km Florence.
The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
