Sunny panoramic apartment (100 m2) in a three-family villa with beautiful views of the sea, set inside the residential centre of Cala Piccola, one of the most prestigious areas of the Argentario, immersed in the typical Mediterranean vegetation. Peaceful position. The apartment is spread out on two floors, each with terrace or garden and a broad view of the sea and the Giglio Isle. Next to the house is a grassy area with typical Mediterranean plants where you will find the private stairway of approx. 100 m that connects the house to the small street where you can park your car. The guests will have a sun-umbrella with cot and deck chair included in the price and free shuttle service to the sea (equipped and reserved platforms). Outdoor shower in the garden. DISTANCES: 6 km from Porto S. Stefano (all kinds of shops, tourist harbour, ferries to the Giglio Isle), 15 km Porto Ercole, a famous tourist spot of the area. The sea is approx. 1 km away and in July and August there is a free bus service every 30 minutes;
ACCOMMODATION: Upper level: living/dining room (satellite TV) with access to the extremely beautiful equipped terrace with view of the sea, kitchen corner (washing machine, dishwasher, small fridge), 1 double bedroom with bathroom with bath and access to the terrace, 1 bedroom with double sofa bed with bath with shower, lumber room (freezer). Lower level: 1 double bedroom with small bathroom with shower and access to the equipped outdoor area. The two levels are not connected internally, but rather by means of an external staircase.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
