This villa offers a breathtaking view of Mediterranean Sea and historic downtown Porto Santo Stefano. It is high up on a hill and it is possible to see the entire town and the seacoast.
This villa is two hours from Rome, has a spectacular view of the sea, 3 floors, garage, huge terraces and a garden.
Available year round, best for summer holidays.
Linen and towels ARE NOT included in the rental fee. You should provide them by yourselves.
The A/C is available ONLY in the two bedrooms on the last floor.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). The town center is about 15/25 minutes by walk from the
villa, but because of the fact that Porto Santo Stefano is on a hill, it is a difficult climb back. Therefore a car is recommended and also to discover the different kinds of beaches (both sandy and rocky).
Closer to the villa, a 10 minute walk, there are some grocery
shops, restaurant, bar...but there is always a bit of a hill to climb.
• Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is sand and rocks. The sea is about 15 to 25 minutes walk from the villa. The villa is located in the sea town of Porto Santo Stefano.
Porto Santo Stefano is conveniently situated near numerous sandy and rocky beaches situated on both sides of the peninsula where vacationers may swim, snorkel, or wind surf in warm Mediterranean waters or simply lie on the beach and enjoy the cool breezes and warm Italian sun. Boat trips to offshore islands are also available as well as boat tours of Monte Argentario. Monte Argentario in English means Silver Hill and is the name of the peninsula on which Porto Santo Stefano rests.
30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 is required. If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited.
