shuswap lake is less than a 1 minute walk from the property without crossing a road. The fine sand beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. There is a private dock, moorage and float anchor.
Beach/park isn't even a 5 min walk/drive away. Great sandy beach with swimming/diving dock. There is also a splash park next to the beach, great for the kids.
Ski/Board Out is a 30 minute drive to the ski resort parking lot. Ski/Board In is a 30 minute drive from the resort parking lot.
