Beautiful nature reserve in the back yard. We have seen deer,bobcat and wild boars. Florida at it's best. The homes across the street are multimillion homes so a walk seeing these homes is quite an experience

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

40% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 30%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival) - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Travelers Cheques

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 10:00 AM and check out before 2:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• A maximum of 1 pet is allowed under 40lbs (14kg) in size.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Optional pool heat is available for 20 per day and/or 80 per week. For stays longer than 7 nights pool heat is prorated using weekly rate.
