The Studio can be locked off from the master unit and has a separate entrance with private screened-in balcony. The Master unit is rented as a 1 bedroom 1-1/2 bath with Jacuzzi tub and large screened-in balcony for outdoor meals. Together sleeps 6-8 people, has full kitchen, and living room. Each room also includes private screened in balconies. |

Payment Details
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund.
Policies
Owner accepts payments by: Money Order or Cashiers Cheque Security deposit due 30 days prior to arrival. Security deposit will be refunded upon inspection of property after departure unless there are damages to villa or loss of contents. Cancellations must be done in writing. No refunds for early departure. *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
