Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund.
Owner accepts payments by: Money Order or Cashiers Cheque
Security deposit due 30 days prior to arrival. Security deposit will be refunded upon inspection of property after departure unless there are damages to villa or loss of contents. Cancellations must be done in writing. No refunds for early departure.

No smoking is allowed.
Children are allowed.
Check in after 11:00 AM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
