Payments and Policies
Payment Details
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 15 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - American Express - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque
In the event the Tenant requests a cancellation of the Agreement for any reason, less than 30 days prior to arrival, the Landlord will make every reasonable effort to re-rent the property. If the Landlord is able to re-rent the property, the deposit will be returned minus a $50.00 service charge.

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 12:00 AM and 6:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
