Beautiful apartment (70 m2) situated in a panoramic position in the renowned city of Positano, one of the more characteristic areas of the Amalfi coast. Broad view from the terrace/garden overlooking the sea. The apartment s interior has been renovated, conserving the original structure of the old stone-built vaulted ceiling. Access to the apartment along a picturesque passageway with intervals of stairs. The apartment above is occasionally inhabited. A stairway leads to the terrace and the garden (100 m2) which is of exclusive use of the guests. Pay parking at 400 m. DISTANCES: 300m Fornillo beach easily accessed by a small staircase immersed in the greenery. In a 300 m radius you can find all kinds of shops.
ACCOMMODATION: Gr. fl.: large living/dining room (satellite TV) with fireplace, kitchen (oven, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine), 1 small double bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower (no window with extractor fan). The living room and the bedroom face the terrace and the garden. The accommodation is not suitable for children. Reasonably comfortable furniture. Heating with electric stoves .

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
