Beautiful villa born from the restoration of an ancient house, situated in a panoramic position near the centre of Positano, one of the most renowned and characteristic towns on the Amalfi Coast. The nearest accessible beach (rocks and pebbles) is 300 m away (accessed by means of 350 stairs); the main one is appro9x. 2 km away and can be reached by car or shuttle service (approx. every 30 min.). The last stretch to reach the main beach of Positano is, in any case, by means of a typical town stairway. Panoramic views of the coast, the sea and Positano. Very well kept garden (1500 m2) with green areas inside a property of 3500 m2 that is entirely fenced in. Large, equipped sun terrace and outdoor shower. Access to the villa by means of a pleasant path of 150 m with intervals of stairs and which leads from the state road. Pay car park (to be booked) 300 m away and where there is a goods lift that goes directly to the villa. Included in the price: domestic help for 4 hours a day, midweekly linen change, preparation of breakfast on request (products not included). On request and to be paid on location: possibility of a cook for lunches and dinners, possibility of organizing transport to and from the airport (Rome and Naples). It is possible to book the villa for 9 or 11 sleeping spaces respectively under the name VILLA CASA NEL PORTO 9 or VILLA NEL PORTO 11 by joining one or two one-bedroom apartments adjacent to the villa each made up of 1 double bedroom with bathroom with bath. Comfortable furniture. Central heating. DISTANCES: 500 m grocery shops, within a radius of 1.5 km are all kinds of shops (Positano), 15 km Amalfi, 16 km Sorrento, 60 km Naples.
ACCOMMODATION: Gr. fl.: living room (TV) with fireplace, dining room, kitchen with access to the terrace with pergola equipped for outdoor dining, WC. 1st fl. (with access also directly from the sun terrace): 1 double bedroom (TV) with bathroom with bath, 2 twin bedded rooms, 1 single bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
