Pleasant apartment (80 m2) in the centre of Positano (all kinds of shops), one of the most renowned centres of the Amalfi Coast. The apartment, with independent entrance, is situated in an old house and has a terrace from where you can enjoy a splendid panorama. The apartment is accessed by taking a small alleyway with stairs. Pay car park approx. 300 m away.
DISTANCES: 1 km from the beach of Marina Grande, 15 km Amalfi and Sorrento, 55 km Naples.
ACCOMMODATION: Gr. fl.: entrance, living/dining room (TV) with single sofa bed and fireplace and adjoining kitchenette (microwave, dishwasher), 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedded room, 2 bathrooms with shower, laundry room (washing machine, sink, iron). All of the rooms have access from the terrace (55 m2) which is shaded and equipped. Reasonably comfortable furniture. Central heating. Microwave.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
