There is a small, welcoming restaurant on the ground floor and a romantic bar nearby with tables on the terrace overlooking the sea. At a distance of about 150 meters begins the shaded path to the sea (approx 300 meters) characterized by small, but elegant shops displaying the unusual clothing, typical of the area.

    Payment Details
    30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A refundable security/damage deposit of 150 is required. If you cancel less than 60 days prior, there is no refund.

    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 1:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • Maid Service is provided every 7 days during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
