This apartment is not only in one of the most celebrated tourist areas of the world, but only a few in fact very few of those who have had the pleasure of a holiday here, have also had the privilege of staying in an apartment only ten meters from the sea, and what's more having its own small private beach with palm-trees, sunbeds and umbrella. The private path leading to the apartment protected by a locked gate has a wonderful panorama, being only ten meters from the sea.

30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel less than 60 days prior, there is no refund.

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 1:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Maid Service is provided every 7 days during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
