Between June 1 and September 30 Guests may only arrive on: Saturday.
In high season, minimum stay is seven nights and should start on Saturday (during this period you can start your stay also on Sunday or Monday but you'll be requested to pay the entire week and leave on Saturday morning). In off season minimum stay is 5 nights. For a short stay the period must be between two saturdays. So for instance if you rent the villa or apartment for 6 nights, the stay can start only on Saturday or Sunday.

1 King Bed (sleeps 2) and 1 Queen or 2 Singles Bed (sleeps 2). In the mid main bedroom there are one matrimonial bed plus one two single beds. One of these two single beds is a roll-bed that can be put in any other rooms. These two additional extra beds cost € 120.00 per week each.

The apartment has a beautiful veranda overlooking the island of Li Galli and the town of Positano and is completely immersed within a vast pine wood stretching out over natural terraces overlooking the sea.
The villa is equipped with all modern conveniences. From the entrance door, access to private large terrace -covered by bamboo sticks- where you can eat outside. The apartment is situated in a quiet position, in a villa, with place to park the car.

• Naples Capodichino Airport is within a 90 minute(s) drive.
• Transit: can be reached by walking for 1 minute(s). Type of transit is Bus. The bus stop to Positano and to Amalfi is just outside the villa. The bus to Positano takes about 10 minutes to drive to the centre of the village where you find shopping and the main attractions of Positano. There is a bus that loops Positano and Praiano every hour or so from April to November as well as the SITA that connect the entire coast from Sorrento to Amalfi stop nearby, making it an excellent base from which to explore the entire Amalfi coast without a car.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 5 minute(s). The apartment is very comfortable and is within walking distance (15 to 20 minutes) from the food stores of Praiano or less than 5 minutes by car.
If you'd like to shop in Positano well the drive is a bit longer, the walk is 20 minutes.
The closest restaurant (well worth a visit) is La Taverna Del Leone, a 5 minutes walk. Other close restaurants are a 15-20 minute walk, and can be found in Praiano. Positano typical restaurants are a 20 miunte walk. There is a beach with facilities, 2 typical restaurants and bars in the district of Laurito, where the silla is, only 500 steps from the villa.
The advantage of this apartment is its location. Being only 3 kms from Positano in a very quiet location with great views of the water and the village of Positano and so close to public transportation to get anywhere on the Amalfi coast. Two convenient reserved parking spots are at for the guests use.
• Beach is located within a 15 minute(s) walk. Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is small pebbles. The property has a fascinating footpath that leads down to the sea where you’ll find a private spot to dive into the blue water. There are circa 500 steps. There is also a public beach at the same distance (i.e. 500 steps down). From this beach it is possible to use private boats that will take you to the centre of Positano where you can then board the bus that takes you back to the villa, avoiding the climb back of 500 steps. Beach Equipment: Canoe, Rentals Nearby and Row Boat.
• Nearby Attractions: Emerald Grotto in Conca dei Marini is a few kms. Pompei and Ercolano ruins are a 1 hour drive. The village of Positano is 3km away and Praiano is 2km away. Amalfi with its Duomo, the paper mills and the museums. Ravello and the breathtaking views from the Villas Cimbrone and Rufolo. Capri by ferry departing from the harbour of Amalfi or Positano: to visit there the Mount Solaro and the Blu Grotto. Sorrento is a few kms. The Greek temples of Paestum is a 2 hours drive. Caserta Royal Palace (little Versailles) is a 2 hours drive. The magnificent town of Naples is 1 hour and 30 minutes by car or 2 hours by public transportations bus+train. The Vesuvio, the only active volcano in Europes' mainland is a 1 hour drive.
The rent, required to complete the booking, is 50% (balance due 30 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security deposit. If you cancel 30 days or less prior to arrival, 10% of rent is refunded.

• Children are allowed. A Crib can be provided with a deposit/fee of: 30 € - fee.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 9:00 AM.
• Maid Service is provided every 7 days during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
