1 Double Bed. Spacious double bedroom (19 m2) with air conditioning and French windows onto the private terrace (15 m2) overlooking the sea and the coast.
Bathroom 1 has toilet, shower, hair dryer, one basin and bidet.
Punta Ramese enjoys a quite position with superb sea views providing a romantic hideaway. The big sun roof terrace is adorned with potted flowers, sun loungers, swings, iron rocking chair with cushions and dining tables and is available for sun-bathing and relaxing for all guests . The terrace extends in front of the house to a further seating area with built in seating with cushions and dining table covered by canvas to ensure shade.
From the terrace the panorama is simply magnificent over the sea. The coast below and the small islands of "I Galli" is located in front of the property.
Accommodation: ( 40 m2 + 15 m2 terrace) Entry from the roof terrace into a small but adequate Kitchen (7 m2), new and fully equipped with 4 burner hob (no oven) and tall fridge/freezer with small window (with screen) to the terrace; pretty sitting/dining room (12 m2) with sofa 2 seats, TV, dining table for 4 and window opening on the terrace; spacious double bedroom (19 m2) with air conditioning and French windows onto the private terrace (15 m2). It is tiled with lovely Vietri majolica and equipped with iron dining table and chairs, inbuilt seating and sun loungers; bathroom with shower and washing machine.
Access: Approx 80 stairs down from the coastal road; free parking is available on the coastal road within white lines.
This apartment is sitting atop another holiday house, both properties have shared use of the swimming pool (7x3,5).
- Napoli Capodichino Airport is within a 90 minute(s) drive. The nearest train station is in Sorrento about 22 KMs (40 minutes driving): The nearest airport is in Napoli about 60 KMs (90 minutes driving).
- Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). Restaurants, boutiques, shops, and lively bars are a short drive away ( 2.5 km). During the high season (June- September) a shuttle bus runs every 1.5 hours to Positano town center.
- The unit is Ocean front. The beach is a 10/15 minute drive from the accommodation. The nearest beach is situated in Positano town center about 3 km from the property. On the beach it is possible to rent umbrellas, sun beds, canoes, and small sailboats.
- Nearby Attractions: The enchanting and busy village of Positano (all facilities), famed for its excellent seafood restaurants, fascinating boutiques , shops and lively bars , is a short drive away ( 2,5 km) . During the high season ( June- September ) a shuttle bus runs every 1,5 hours to Positano town center.
Sorrento (further facilities, hospital, train to Naples) 22 km, Amalfi 15 km, Ravello 25 km, Pompei 55 Km.
There is a convenient bus stop marked SITA to Amalfi ( 40 min ) , Sorrento ( 45 mins ) and Positano town centre on the main road; to the right of the main beach in Positano during high summer ferries and hydrofoils ply daily between Positano and Capri ( 50 min ), Ischia ( 75 min ), Naples ( 50 min ), Amalfi ( 30 min ) and Salerno ( ½ h ) and in other months the ferries run from nearby Sorrento.
30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund. Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card

- No smoking is allowed.
- Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided with a deposit/fee of: Crib € 52,00, high chair € 25,00.
- Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
- No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
- There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
- No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
- Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
