It is located just inside the boundary of Montepertuso, a tiny village perched high up on a hill above Positano. Just 10 minutes walk from there is a coffee-bar, a grocery store with good supply of essentials and 2 family run restaurants with extraordinary food. Sits in a quiet and tranquil location, the apartment has a secured parking area as well as a terrace and a balcony looking out to the village of Positano, with the sea on the background.

    The apartment has a lovely terrace at the entrance of the apartment shaded by a pergola of grapevines and pleasantly furnished with a dining table, chairs and deck chairs to relax and dine outdoor. The balcony is accessed from the sitting/dining room and is equipped with Two sun lounges and a small table. The interior has been newly (2007) furnished with taste and provides comfortable accommodation for 4 people.

    • Transit: can be reached by walking less than 1 minute away. Type of transit is Bus. The complex sits in a quiet and tranquil location, approx 5 km away from the centre of the delightful resort of Positano which may be reached in 10 minutes by local shuttle bus which runs in and around every 2 hours. The bus stop of the local shuttle bus is right outside the main entrance gate. Few meters walk from the bus stop of the local mini-shuttle which stops at the centre of Positano, is the stop for the long distance SITA buses which connect all the towns of the coast.
    • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 10 minute(s). The centre of the village of Montepertuso is 500 metres away and provides for all immediate essentials (bar, very well known restaurants, food shop).
    • Nearby Attractions: Positano (bus stop to Sorrento or Amalfi, post office, pharmacy, restaurants, bars, hydrofoil for Amalfi, Sorrento, Capri or Naples) 5 kms; Amalfi 22 Kms, Ravello 27 Kms, Sorrento 22 Kms.
    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund.

    Policies
    • Smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided with a deposit/fee of: Fees: Crib € 52,00, high chair € 25,00.
    • Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of € 10.00 per hour.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
