This Powder Ridge unit is a lovingly cared for three-bedroom, three-bathroom townhome across three levels, ideal for a family holiday and with convenient access to ski-in - ski-out. The deluxe raised kitchen where you'll love to prepare your meals features granite countertops and all stainless steel appliances, and opens to the large and open dining room. Just off of the dining room is your private open terrace with barbeque and access to your private hot tub, which will truly make you feel like you're living in a castle. The spacious open living room has a luxurious stone mantle fireplace, a warm decor, and has a high-end home theatre system with surround sound. Letting in plenty of sunlight, you'll also love the view down the valley. This home has a queen bed in the master bedroom (with an ensuite bathroom), two single beds in the second bedroom, and a queen bed in the third bedroom. The den on the ground level is the perfect spot for kids or teens that want to have privacy while they game or watch movies.

Top Of The Mountain does provide some basic amenities such as : Bedding is provided ( pillow cases , Bed Sheets, Blankets). Shampoo , Conditioner , Body Wash, Hand Soap, Toilet Paper and Towels for the bathrooms. Paper towels, Dish soap , Dishwasher pods, Washing cloths, Drying towels, Coffee , Coffee filters, Assorted Teas, Sugar, Salt & Pepper, Garbage bags and Recycling bags for the kitchen area. Laundry Pods are included.

Payment Balance

Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.

Quiet Time Policy

The quiet time is from 11:00 PM To 07:00 AM

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel within 48 hours of making the booking and still outside 30 days prior to the arrival date, only the booking fee will be forfeit. The full deposit is forfeit after 48 hours from the initial booking while still 30 days outside of your arrival date. The remainder of your payment for the booking is taken 30 days prior to your arrival date. Cancellations within 30 days of your arrival will result in the forfeiture of the entire booking payment. A partial refund may still be provided if the accommodation can be rented for any portion of the time you originally booked. Bookings made within 30 days of arrival have a 24 hour grace period during which only the booking fee will be retained if you cancel.

To cancel your booking, you must send us an email requesting we cancel your reservation. This request must be made from the email address we have associated with the booking in our system. Once we have received your cancellation request, we will return the inventory to availability and do our best to rebook the dates previously held for you and will provide refunds in accordance with the policy above.

Security or Damage Deposit

A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. An online damage/liability agreement must be signed (a major credit card is required to be on file) prior to your arrival date. Any damages or violations of the damage/liability agreement will be charged to the credit card on file. Groups of young adults may be subject to a larger deposit.
