1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). High quality mattress and hypo-allergenic down duvet-plenty of storage for longer stays.
Living Room
1 Double Hide-A-Bed/Sofa Bed (sleeps 2). For additional guests, or if you feel like sleeping with view of the ocean near the fireplace, there is a cozy sectional with chaise lounge/sofabed.
Bathroom 1 has toilet, bathtub, shower and one basin.

Payment Details
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 7 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 7 days prior, there is no refund unless the unit is re-rented.

Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 14 or more days prior to arrival) - Visa - Master Card - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. • Check in after 1:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request. • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals). • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours. • No Maid Service is provided during a stay. • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. |
