Master Bedroom

1 King Bed (sleeps 2). Brand new King size Bed

Bedroom

1 Double Bed (sleeps 2) and 2 Twin Beds (sleeps 2). The lower level of the cottage offers a second sleeping area. The door from the main living area of the cottage opens to a set of stairs leading to the lower walk out level of the cottage. There is one double bed to the right of the stairs and 2 twin beds around the corner to the left of the stairs. The beds share the same open area but have slight privacy from each other. Also in this lower level of the cottage there is a wood stove and sitting area with a door leading to the gardens and a sliding door leading to a covered patio and steps to the beach.

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 90 days prior, there is no refund.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Travelers Cheques

Policies

No smoking is allowed.
Children are allowed.
Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
