A nice house, with marvelous views. You will enjoy the view 24 hours a day: watch the sunset with your drink in one hand, admire Pyrenees as long as there is day light and wonder what people do in all these houses down the hill - in the evening. Believe me, the view is really perfect - we bought the house for it. Our house will comfortably accommodate a family of 10 (up to 13 if you are close)or 2 smaller families. But it is also perfect for 2-3 couples traveling together and is cozy enough for just 2. It is a good place for anyone who wants to avoid the expense and bustle of Nice or Chamonix. Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to arrival.

If you cancel less than 60 days prior, there is a full refund. Discuss shorter periods with Owner.

Telephone Fee
A fee is charged for this service. A metered fee is collected on departure. Almost all calls are included in the rent. For Long Distance calls to mobile phones in some countries a fee is charged based on usage. To be deducted from the damage deposit.
Cleaning on Departure
A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 100.00 EUR for stays of any number of nights or occupants. Change-over fee is charged together with the balance (per property/per period)We kindly ask you to leave the house as clean and tidy as you have found it on your arrival. You are supposed to: 1)Clean refrigerator. Leave no food or drink in it. 2)Collect garbage and empty it into outside cans 3) Clean stove, range & grill, counter tops, sinks and appliances. Wipe all surfaces so that they are free of grease and food 4) Clean bathrooms (include toilets and sinks) 5) Vacuum floors 6) Put the furniture to its usual places 7) Bring the used bed linen and towels to the games room
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 EUR is due 56 days prior to arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 14 days of departure. Groups of 4 and less persons are charged 80 % of our usual prices. Also special rates for couples: 280 euros/week in Low Season, 380 euros/week in High Season.
