We do let for any number of nights - starting from 2 nights - but please bear in mind: we'll have to charge +70 Euros to cover change-over fees.
We have special prices for couples in October-April: 380 Euros per week, 600 Euros per 2 weeks, 250 Euros for 3 nights.

There is a perfect view of Pyrenees and also of the town of Prades since the house is standing up the hill overlooking the town.
• Perpignan Airport is within a 45 minute(s) drive.
• Transit: can be reached by driving for 10 minute(s). Type of transit is Train. There is a rail station in the town which is some 700 m from the house so you can get almost everywhere even without a car. Also a bus stop in 800 m.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 10 minute(s). There are 3 golf course(s) nearby.
• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). There are 5-6 Pyrenean high quality ski resorts within a 40 km distance. The main resorts are at Font Romeu - Pyrenees 2000 (40 pistes, 52 km in total) and Les Angles (32 pistes, 40 km in total). A ski school and a family managed resort for beginners is in 15 km - in Col de Jau (called the smallest ski resort in Europe).
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 10 minute(s). There is a large range of bars and restaurants as well as shops, banks and ATMs in 600-700 m. 2 supermarkets within 5 min drive+1organic supermarket within 10 min walk, a McDonald's is in 1.5 km.
• Lake is located within a 10 minute(s) drive.
• Nearby Attractions: Tennis and a municipal swimming pool is in 800 m, spas and thermal baths in Vernet-les-Bains (Rheumatology) and Molitg-les-Bains (Respiratory pathologies and Skin diseases). Outstanding natural sulphurous hot springs in wonderful outdoor mountain setting in St Thomas les Bains. Casino and night club in Vernet les Bains, wine making village – just 6 km away. All these can be reached within 10 minutes. Also cycling/mountain biking, fishing, horse riding, canoeing, speed rafting, paragliding, sailing, climbing and a lot more, saying nothing about walking and hiking. Pyrenees-Orientales is a beautiful region with perfect climate and a lot of places to visit. Among them: Villefranche de Conflent A medieval town with complete fortified walls. It is also the starting point for a ride on Yellow Train. You can ride in open or closed top carriages admiring the breathtaking view. Abbeys at St Martin de Canigou and St Michel de Cuxa. The 1.3 km long path to St Michel starts almost from the gate of the house. By the way, St Michel de Cuxa it that very place where the heroine finally kills Dracula in the bestseller by E. Kostova “The Historian”. Tautavel Museum – the site of the oldest human in Europe. Natural reserve in Nyer - wild life of the Pyrenees preserved as it is. The Perfume Tower in Mosset can be reached in 15 minutes, the Solar Oven at Mont-Louis in 30 minutes by car. And also Perpignan with its Palace of the Kings of Majorca, Collioure with its Royal palace overlooking one of the most beautiful ports in France, Ceret with its Modern Arts museum are well worth visiting.
25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel less than 60 days prior, there is a full refund. Discuss shorter periods with Owner. Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - American Express - Direct Bank Deposit - Western Union Bed linen and towels will be provided. Also included in the rental price is electricity? water and gas charge.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib, High Chair and a Play Pen can be provided.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• Dogs and Cats are allowed but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit of 50 will apply.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
