    The booking is confirmed with a credit card and payment made on arrival. A refundable security/damage deposit of 100 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund.

    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided.
    • Check in after 12:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • Maid Service is provided every 7 days during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 9 EUR.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
