There is a large terrace from the lounge and dining area that looks out over the bay giving superb panoramic views, not to be missed! Downstairs around the pool area is a large terrace with surrounding mature gardens. There are areas around the pool area for sun seekers and those who may require shade.
• FARO Airport is within a 45 minute(s) drive. Faro Airport is an approximately 45 minute drive to Luz mostly via the A22 motorway to Junction 1 which is 10 minutes from the villa. Detailed directions and maps for guests are provided on booking.
• Transit: can be reached by driving for 15 minute(s). Type of transit is Train. Regular trains run between Faro and Lagos. The villa is just a 15 minute taxi drive away from Lagos station. A rental car is recommended particularly for those who wish to explore the coast and inland and also to travel to the many restaurants just outside the village and surrounding area.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 5 minute(s). There are 3 golf course(s) nearby.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 10 minute(s). Praia da Luz is only a 10 minute walk from the villa, as are the shops, restaurants and beaches. Lagos is approximately 6 km from the villa and has a lovely marina where pleasure and fishing trips can be obtained. There is also quite an historic quarter and a good shopping area.
• Beach is located within a 10 minute(s) walk.
• Nearby Attractions: Praia da Luz has many facilities for the visitor, it is well suited for a family and / or beach based holiday. There are many restaurants offering a variety of cuisine, a bank, post office and a small cinema which shows the latest films in English. The largest supermarket (Baptista) offers telephone ordering and free delivery to guests staying at Vila das Acacias. There is also a 24 hour medical facility and a dentist available.
200 of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel less than 90 days prior, there is no refund unless the unit is re-rented.

The security deposit is required with the final payment which is returnable after your holiday if applicable.

• Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
