Apartment in a 15 accommodation residence just a few metres away from Praiano, one of the renowned localities of the Amalfi coast, situated in a panoramic position vertically above the sea. Peaceful position between the coastal road and the sea. A stairway carved from the rocks of about 200 small stairs leads you to the sea (rocks) where you will find a singular natural swimming pool dug out of the rocks.
ACCOMMODATION: Gr. fl.: small veranda, living/dining room (TV), kitchen (oven, freezer, washing machine), 1 double bedroom, 1 single bedroom with an extra pull-out bed, 1 bathroom with bath, 1 bathroom with shower.
LOCATION: In a 500 m radius are various shops, 7 km Positano, 11 km Amalfi, 28 km Sorrento.
The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
